Airshower + Beacon simulation
Simulate receiving an airshower and beacon in an array. Using the beacon, the clocks can be calibrated.
The ZHaires simulated airshower is stored in ./ZH_airshower. The produced files can be read using ./earsim.
Steps:

Setup

Beacon ([./aa_generate_beacon.py])
- Define tx position
- Read in antennas
- Sample beacon at each antenna
- Add to relevant polarisation
- Save antenna traces

Timeoffset ([./ab_modify_clocks.py])
- Generate timeoffsets for each antenna
- Modify time samples

Beacon analysis
- Find beacon frequency and phase in antenna traces ([./ba_beacon_phases.py])
- Find k*2\pi phase offsets (periods) ([./bb_beacon_multiples.py])
